Brown & Co. Engineering Ltd., established in 2002 by Stephen Brown, was a Toronto-based structural engineering firm specializing in bridge engineering, construction engineering, and special projects. The firm was known for its innovative and practical solutions, contributing to various infrastructure projects, including the Crosstown and Finch LRT Projects in Toronto.

In March 2019, Brown & Co. Engineering Ltd. was acquired by Entuitive, an international engineering consulting firm. This acquisition enhanced Entuitive's capabilities in bridge engineering, project management, and construction engineering, allowing the combined entity to offer services on a broader range of large, complex, transit-integrated projects.

Following the acquisition, the principals of Brown & Co., including Stephen Brown, Jason Jelinek, Megan Rhind, and Andrew Au-Yeung, assumed leadership roles at Entuitive in their respective fields of expertise.
